You can also rent jet skis or a boat from the marina. If you are bringing your own boat, you can use the buoy infront of the house, there is a boat launch less than 5 mins from the property (Old Mill Park) and a place to park your trailer within the resort. You are few minutes walk from downtown Manson and 15min drive from downtown Chelan. Property includes security cameras on driveway/side yard and main door.
