rude staff inconsistent does not listen only with the one staffer who looks Pacific Island Apatha O. She back tracked on everything from form of payment at check to seeing the manager. She just said yes and when it was time to correct and deliver she was rude and could deliver

I wish I would have seen the reviews before we arrived. We came for the pool, which is closed down. The room was not cleaned or maintained. Blankets dirty, wallpaper falling off. Mold on phone chord and above shower. Shower water is either hot or cold, no in between. (Incorrectly installed) I'd highly advise people to find a different hotel. This one isn't it.

Beware!!! Don't use your debit card... They will take more than what you were suppose to pay... Still trying to get charges off that they took. Nasty motel, wall paper coming off of the walls.. Smells... and very rude people.. Go somewhere else..

This hotel has steadily gone downhill since we began staying there 10 years ago. Broken, rusty lamps, filthy tub that did not drain, moldy smell, dirty carpet, rude staff, overcharged us for roo., never did get refund. Terrible place to stay. Will not go back.

Pool Down. Ants in the Room. Bad Part of Town, Lumpy Bed. Spoiled Milk at Breakfast Buffet. Key cards don't work at Exit Doors. Parking lot not Cleared of Snow. Snowy and Icy Sidewalks not Taken care of. Too expensive. Just an all around Terrible Place

Smelled like people was smoking pot and the rooms wasn’t good. Hard trouble with getting in the room cause of card issues. People was loud and obnoxious all hours of the night. Light fixtures was broken and holes in the walls. Need to be maintained better.

I made my reservation months earlier because I am in a wheelchair and need an accessible room. Upon check in we found the room was dirty. There appeared to be bloody towels in the tub, the trash was not emptied, the sheets had not been changed. The room was not cleaned at all. We notified the front desk and was offered to sleep in the room in the shape it was or we could be put in a room on the second floor that the bathroom was one I could not use. So at 9 at night I went on a hunt for an acceptable room.

Staying in Mansfield for work and only stayed here because I am a Choice Privilege members and we wanted the points. Bad decision! Rooms smelled of mold and mildew, visible mold in the rooms on the ceiling, grimey tub & bathroom tile, peeling wallpaper, broken & taped mirror frame, grubby tv remote. The channels and display did not match up, so I had no idea what channel I was selecting; absolutely did NOT partake of breakfast. This hotel is no where near Choice hotels standards and should be closed or taken under new mgmt. and remodeled. I was so disappointed and ashamed that I did not cancel reservation and leave.

The gfci has failed in the bathroom and shocked my wife as she tried to turn off the light. I didn’t expect much from this place, but did not consider accidental death as a possibility. The room is in rough shape. The AC Needs to be cleaned and the refrigerator door was open when I came in. The bed seems to be ok, but it’s only been ten minutes. Is it weren’t raining so hard, we’d have left.
