Mansfield Hotels with Wi-Fi

We block booked this place for a funeral and had about 30people over a course of 4 days. The so called ”deal” was NOT a deal as we were still paying about $150-180 per night...a rip off. The room were clean but the few staff we saw were like robots, the rooms were not worth 180 a night. After 3 days stay, we reserved a separate last day but after the burial, we decided to spend the last day with widow's house (she needed support) before coming back to the UK, We asked if we could cancel the room (24hrs notice) and to everybody's shock we were quoted the standard nonsense policy of ”you need 48hrs to cancel”. Of course we knew that, but we were thinking they will make an exception because of the number of business we had brought them the last 4days. We would have expected basic common sense to prevail especially having taken more than 20 rooms for a number of days but they were more bothered about making that last $140 rather than making an exception. What a mess and what a shame. the hotel is a disgraced and there will be more rewarding reviews coming your way once people settle down in their various places. CROOKS.... The breakfast was ok provided you get down early if not its stalled powdered eggs and its take it or leave it. The lady making the food thou was first class and ran around trying to attend to customer, she was class. Overall, we were all grieving to complain but despite the manager knowing about our request, she was as useless as the receptionist that originally dealt with us who was as deem as a anything What a shame........ Companies with no human feeling or interaction or reward, make all the buck you can.....embassing.....

Very nice hotel, great location and easy to commute between Mansfield and Midlothian if needed. I would choose a Best Western for my travel needs anytime. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We never had any issues and most of our days were long, tiring and coming in late, needing to get rested up for the next day. Sleeping in a quiet hotel is essential my my travel.

All right attention. Very nice I didn't have the opportunity to go to breakfast. But I imagine that all is okay The only bad thing was that. Or we were to touch the door at 6:00 am Nose because. But there is out there everything excellent

Wow what a horrible experience if I could give this place a negative -100 I would when we made the reservation it looked ok but when we arrived it was dark dirty and had a staff that should be working in a 1 hour motel! We had issues with our reservation and every level of trying to correct it was the worst you could Imagine! None of the management staff was available nor EVER did the return any calls! I would and never ever stay a a Comfort Suites ever again! They should be classified a Motel not a hotel! I should have read the reviews before I booked it! STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS ON ITS WAY TO BANKRUPCY!

I should have dug deeper and read more reviews. I just expected more from a Hilton brand , especially for the price I paid. I booked this room several months in advance and had a rate of 254.00/night and honestly this is at its best no more than a $89.00/night rate place. Old building, ceilings very low, maybe 7ft, and the little things were missing… no coffee pot or ice buckets provided in rooms. That’s unheard of these days! Also parking was sparse, drive around for nearly 20 minutes trying to find a place to park and avoid all the warning tow away signs from neighboring businesses. Was about to go somewhere else and have to Uber back when luckily a space came available on a side lot with a bunch of large containers. I was concerned about my car all night. Didn’t look like a safe/secure spot. I can’t believe I paid that much money for this room. The room was very tiny, we had two queens, but two people let alone 3 could not move about the room comfortably. No countertop in bathroom for toiletries, just a small sink area. The only positive I have is that the room was clean and they at least had coffee in the lobby. Hilton needs to take their name off this hotel.
