This is a great stopping point if you are traveling through Texas and don't want to stay in downtown Dallas. They are dog friendly, clean environment, friendly staff and the free breakfast is a must have. Now I would say this is a great place for a one or two day stay but not a vacation location.

We have stayed in several Laquinta's in the past few weeks and this one by far had the worst food and was the most expensive. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Nothing to get waffle ot of waffle iron. Beds were as expected at Laquinta. Staff were friendly.

I’ve stayed here before with no issues. This last experience was poor. Room smelled like smoke. Microwave was stinky. Hairballs all over the bathroom. Furniture dinky and ugly, drawers would not stay closed. Elevator floor sticky and dirty.

The room that we were given was filthy. The walls were dirty, there was roach feces all over the air conditioner, the air conditioner sounded like a freight train, there was no signal to the television and when I looked at the back I could see that the cable was Torn out of the connection. the moulding was covered in dirt, all furniture was chipped and cracked. The lampshades were stained and disgusting. The bathroom was unusable, the tub filthy with patches of rust along the bottom. When I complained, they put me in another room that looked exactly the same! Even though the hotel Would not refund me, we swallowed the loss and left and stayed at another hotel.

Well worn room. Nicely maintained, but dated. Toilet and shower were built for midgets or Pygmies. I’ve never seen a toile so small and low to floor. Shower head lower than my shoulder (I’m only 6’1”). Not a place I’d choose to stay again.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Very spacious. The welcome packet not presented or status not acknowledged. Folio of stay not emailed after calling about it not received. Didn't feel welcomed there compared to the other locations I've visited.

The conditions at this hotel were very very bad. Bathtub had black on the bottom of it mold on side walls. Hot tub did not work. Pool was very very cold for being indoors. The gym had three pieces of equipment in it and had a bad smell stains on one of the comforters in the bedroom
