The WiFi was very slow and the room was not clean. The pillowcases were very dirty. The bar also opened at 5 pm, yet the chefs didn’t begin working until 6 pm.

Nos quedamos en el presidential suite y no podíamos pedir Ena experiencia mejor. El hotel es muy moderno, las habitaciones muy bien diseñadas y decoradas con un estilo moderno minimalista. Muy cómoda y espaciosa. A mi esposo y a mi nos parecía estar en un apartamento o piso en vez de una habitación de hotel. Las familias y personas que encontramos disfrutaban grandemente la piscina, los balcones, los caminos y senderos cercanos como también el Monastir Sant Benet, Que está muy cerca del hotel. El hotel parece una isla moderna me medio de bellos entornos naturales y comunidades antiguas no muy lejos del Monasterio de Montserrat.

Nice hotel we stayed here to visit the L'O restaurant, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, had to goto the bar to get a morning coffee sorry but at this level I expect a kettle or coffee machine in the room :(

This is a lovely hotel and rural setting. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is varied and the dinner menu offers several choices of fairly high quality. (We did not dine in the Michelin star restaurant that they also have.) We also enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. It is an expensive hotel and for that reason, I would expect some small details to be improved for this to be a five-star review. For example, there are no pool towels, there is no hand soap in the bathroom, and the bread at dinner is not of good quality. Some staff were extremely nice and helpful, but others required more training. This didn't spoil our enjoyment of the weekend, but it did surprise us considering what we had paid.

Acabamos de pasar dos días en pareja en este hotel y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Un lugar para relajarte y desconectar. La visita guiada al monasterio muy recomendable, está muy bien montada con guía, audio guías, hologramas y música y pases para ambientarte en cada época. Dura aproximadamente 1,30 h. Todo el personal del hotel,desde recepción, camareros y personal de limpieza muy amables, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Nosotros hemos estado en la junior suite y es muy espaciosa, con un cuarto de baño y terraza alucinantes. Todo muy limpio. Hay agua de cortesía, amenities y servicio de habitaciones. Una piscina en la que poder refrescarte o simplemente tumbarte en la hamaca a oír el silencio y los pájaros. Hemos probado tanto La Fonda como el Món y en los dos se come muy rico, en uno de menú y el otro a la carta. Recomiendo coger pack de regalo con habitación, desayuno y comida incluidos. Todo perfecto, con ganas ya de volver

Excellent hotel! I don't know why it doesn't have 5 stars. We were lucky enough to get the suite, spectacular. And they have a Michelin restaurant inside the hotel where they eat high-level cuisine. Peace and tranquility be respected. From there you can visit the monasteries of Sant Benet (a beautiful visit). We will be back!
