We stayed at Hotel Benidorm in Manizales during the November long weekend, and everything was fantastic. It was a last-minute booking, but everything went smoothly from the moment we checked in—quick, friendly, and effortless. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, perfect for unwinding after a busy-long day. The hotel overall feels practical, private, and cozy. We rested so well and definitely left wanting to come back. A great stay in Manizales.

Hotel cómodo y limpio, cercano al centro histórico de la ciudad, cuenta con parqueadero al frente. El desayuno es buffet, bastante bueno. Tiene una nevera pequeña y dejan algunas bebidas de cortesía. La atención de todo el personal es excelente. Lo que no me gustó. .. Se escucha en las habitaciones el ruido del hall exterior y permiten el ingreso de perros al restaurante.

Nos quedamos en este hotel posterior a una dura jornada de trabajo en el edificio de telecafé que queda al lado del hotel por lo que no tuvimos que trasladarnos por la ciudad. Es muy bonito, grande con habitaciones muy espaciosas, televisión por cable, buenos baños con espectaculares duchas, desayuno tipo buffet incluido, parqueadero y el descanso es maravilloso porque no se escucha nada del ruido exterior.
