At the time of the registration I was told they only had one adult in their system and I needed to pay for the second guest. They printed the reservation where clearly said one adult one child 15 years old. It took very long the check in. They wanted me to sign a paper with my last name misspelled and without giving me a copy. Next day and the whole week they were asking me multiple times for a copy of my second passport (why didn’t they gather all paperwork at the time of check in) even though I told them I was going to provide it to them before checking out as I was attending my moms funeral. The staff was texting me from personal cell phones via WhatsApp very uncomfortable, unprofessional and unsafe. Front desk manager Dora was rude and disrespectful. She denied any access to any other chain of command.
Housekeeping personal and service were amazing. Front desk looked like traumatized team directed by Dora. She has no sense of respect for guest of anyone, she thinks her word is the only one. I sent a complaint to front desk management and surprise the manager was Dora and she receives and processes the complaints. Every time I passed by that front desk she was yelling at one of her employees, very negative atmosphere.
The room was very cold, it had no heater. The pillows were old and not very comfortable.
