Lamentablemente el hotel fue muy bueno en una época, el hotel no tiene servicio de televisión, con una excusa muy reforzada, el aseo del hotel Pésimo . Al entrar a la habitación encontramos un paquete de snacks abierto a n una mesa. Solicitamos cambio de hotel y no fue posible. Reembolso del dinero y nos pasaron a una habitación mejor, reconocemos el esfuerzo de la administradora haciendo lo que está a su alcance. Pero lamentablemente la mala calidad del hotel se debe a directrices de más alto nivel. Nunca nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel y mucho menos lo recomendamos . Nos ofrecieron un almuerzo de cortesía y al hacer la solicitud de la carta. Nos dijeron que no tenían platos con carne de res y con cerdo. Después caímos en cuenta que habíamos pedido los platos que costaban más en el menú y al ser una cortesía no los quisieron despachar, pedimos lo que nos quisieron ofrecer . Si no cambian esa metodología de ahorro de costos van a quebrar y la gente se va a sentir estafada con el precio vs calidad del hotel. Hay hoteles con menos estrellas y con mejores instalaciones y servicios . El personal de servicio es muy amable , atento y bien educado

Un hotel sencillo, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, limpias y con lo básico necesario para una estadía de un par de días. El desayuno es sencillo pero completo. El hotel está ubicado cerca de muchos lugares como bares y restaurantes Al frente de un malecón hermoso y lleno de vida en donde además puedes comprar artesanías

El hotel tienw instalaciones muy sencillas y antiguas que no han sido restauradas que se ven desde la entrada. Todas las personas no mes gusta el calor de los cuarto el cuarto no tiene aire El mini bar de cuarto no tenia ni agua para comprar en la madrugada. La atención bajo mucho de calidad en el desayuno lo pedí de una mamera me llego de otra y demoraron en atenderme El cuarto es muy amplio pero algunas luces no prenden bien es falta de mantenimiento

This could be a very good hotel if the staff would act a bit more normal. So, this hotel has a restaurant. When you ask if you can have dinner, the answer is "no" or "wait 1 minute, I have to go ask the kitchen" - and 30 minutes later you're still waiting for an answer that never comes. You ask for a breakfast box - the answer is "no". But rooms are big, clean, good bed and shower. There's not much dining possibilty much around the hotel. So you will need your own wheels.
