Set your expectations
The “continental breakfast” is cereal and milk. I also got overcharged for the room (but the guy reverted the charges after I shower my reservation).
I just can’t believe that a place like this costs $110/night. It should be $50 maximum.

The owner was absolutely amazing!! There was a gas barbecue we could use and they let us use the breakfast room to enjoy our dinner. The free breakfast was non existent. Just some milk, juice, bread, butter, jam, and some store bought muffins in the fridge.
