Will never stay there again.Staff was rude. Check in was two hours late. The Air conditioner didn't work right it was almost cooler out side in the 90. Would not let a dog stay there.

It was a short stay but it was pleasant! I have stayed in hotels that were $600+/night that weren’t even as up to par. I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean, tidy, and had every necessity. I would stay again!

We stayed for one night, therefore it was ok. Some other guests were pretty loud at night, but this was not the fault of the hotel

Our room was clean, beds were fine too, but the room itself was small with not nearly enough room for all of our luggage & supplies. The breakfast is very lacking with no hot food really offered except make your own waffles or toast so we had to eat breakfast out which was an added expense. When we return to Manistee we will probably try something else. It's above average but not as good as it once was.

Room was very small for the price especially when I see online where you can rent an especially when I see online where you can rent a room for $115 a night and I paid over 200 and the bed felt like we were sleeping on a block of cement. They need to have new mattresses that are thicker and more comfortable other than that it was OK.

Room wasn’t ready until 6:30 check in is 4:00 . Ask for a handicap room with a walk in shower got a tub. The staff is unprofessional, the cleaning lady was rude in front of the guest. They were a lot of unhappy guests because of the wait. Get to the room it smelled the air conditioning doesn’t even keep the room cool. Do yourself a favor don’t stay there you will not be happy.

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. Room with 1 queen is very small but has everything you need including a refrigerator that actually has enough freezer space for ice packs. Good spir for short stay.
