We arrived late and left early so we didn't get to take advantage of all of the amenities but everything was clean and well cared for. Location is right on the beach which would be great in nice weather. The breakfast guy (forgot his name) was super nice and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. Best Hampton Inn we have stayed at!

Last minute trip up north and found this really great hotel. The views are amazing, really friendly service, clean, rooms, great food, and even better drinks! When I come back up to Manistee, I'll be sure to stay there again.

We recently spent the weekend at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Manistee, MI, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it was remarkably quiet and peaceful throughout our visit. Overall, it’s a great hotel in a fantastic location. We look forward to staying again.

We stayed here on our way up to Petosky after we took the ferry from Milwaukee. Location is great and right on the beach and room was clean (for the most part) and indoor/outdoor hot tub was very nice in the evening. It was raining a lot of time, so we did not take advantage of the outdoor bar, but it looked inviting. Breakfast was a bit better than most chain hotels. Only negatives were that there were some bugs flying on the ceiling at night, but they seemed harmless and it might have been because we had the balcony door open for a bit. Also at night there were some drag racing of sorts at the beach parking lot. So a bit loud while falling asleep.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Its location is a 10! The amenities are great too. It is right on the beach with its back patio facing Lake Michigan. It has several fire pits, sitting areas, an outside bar, lounge chairs along with a hot tub. Music is played until 10. There is an indoor pool as well but we did not use it. We had a King waterfront room and I am sound sensitive. I could hardly hear the music, the halls were quiet (except for the rooms doors which did slam and need adjustments) but I did not hear people in the hall either. The bathroom was wonderful and spacious with a large counter and it was wallpapered!! One evening we ate at the 5th floor restaurant and loved our Korean Meatballs and Wedge Salad with blue cheese. The town of Manistee had some fun shops and good restaurants. We will be back!!

I was pleased to find this Hampton had a restaurant/bar on our floor. The view was great, overlooking the water. We had a drink at the bar. It was a yummy cocktail. Waitress was great!

Configuration of King room, patio, breakfast/lobby very well done. Patio with fire pit & bar you can order both drinks & food & music in evening - all excellent with happy atmosphere. Nadine at the desk answered so many questions of multiple people with warmth and a smile. Love the indoor/outdoor hot tub and the facilities were very clean throughout the hotel. On the beach & very close to downtown - great spot to be!
