Value for money. Got what was promised at very reasonable price. Expectations were set lower. Attentive staff especially room service. Hot water was hot. Nice natural light in the lobby. Good cleanliness in the room. Did not try food. Bad - wifi did not work. Gave feedback at the reception. Some weekend party noise on saturday night.

The stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and hygienic and service was excellent. The hotel is located very conveniently near manipal university with a lot of places to visit nearby including restaurants and museums among others. Overall, a really good experience. Loved it.

The service at the rangoli restaurant was amazing. Mr Rajesh was very courteous. Keep up the good work! Really enjoyed the food! Waiting to see what is in store for hi tea and dinner! The hotel's right in the middle of Manipal, so it was easy to go around. Everything felt calm and cozy. And, oh boy, you gotta try the pomfret fry—they nailed it! If you want a chill place with good vibes and yummy food 'Tea Tree' is the spot.
