Termites in 3rd floor, newly opened. Bad smell in rooms. Bathrooms are good and neat. 1st floor rooms are very old and smelling smoke. Roof also bad. Location is near to restaurants and swiggy delivery is easy. Overall not worth the 3 star hotel.

The response from the counter people, infrastructure, hospitality was excellent. The receptionist were very friendly, cooperative, ease going, timely response. I'm looking forward to visit and stay again in the hotel ashlesh. Thanks from my family

The room is nice but the toilet is not clean, that's all. Nd the location and security services is very good

The room was average, bathroom fittings were not working properly, there was no stool in bathroom, no room service, wall paper was coming out, hot water was also not coming

Staff was very helpful and available for queries, we had an issue with the room at night, the hotel was full, but they made another room ready for us immediately. Location is very convenient if kmc or mit is where you want to go. Breakfast was not too good, lacked any taste, the restaurant food was tasty.

Had the worst experience with the hotel rooms. Rooms were smelling. Don't prefer to have this hotel booked. Not at all recommended. P

Wasn't able to book my early check-in via the app and i couldn't add a late checkout either, except for that the hot water was for limited time only, it was a fine stay overall experience was good, i stayed for 3 days and it did satisfy my needs.

Stayed in non - a/c room food options are, limited, hot water unavailable due to construction work, fungus smelling room, room service was partly ok as it depends on room boy.
