They wanted to change me everything I booked: inside deluxe doble simple room and to pay 10%extra. In all OYO s there are facilities free (packedge bathroom and water) but not here. It was like to stay in a basar when you need to negociate everything. It's not a local owner.

Location is very accessible for transportation

It's about 10 minutes walk away from Malate stop. It's just a few hundred yen cheaper. The usual members were the staff and I was relieved. The convenience store nearby didn't sell beer. There were many laundry shops and I asked for 90 pesos. (Received next day)

Terrible hotel! We were not even greeted when we entered. Cockroaches are everywhere and of different sizes, literally walking on the bed and walls. Wi-Fi does not work in the room, only at the reception. Booked and paid for the room "Deluxe double room two double beds", upon arrival we were given a standard room with one bed. To our request to provide the room that we paid for, they answered that there is no such number at all, this is old information ... The bed was not the first freshness and with holes, they asked to change and give two sheets for shelter - they waited 3 hours and gave one, begged for the second. There is not a single hanger/hook for things in the room, there is no closet - nothing where you can put your clothes. There are no words, what a pity that we stopped at this place. We lived for two nights - just some kind of hell. Of the toiletries only toothbrushes and toothpaste, no toilet paper. There is a window in the room that overlooks a common balcony - the window does not close because the handle is torn off - a screw is screwed in and wrapped with wire.
