We have stayed here several times, but the last two times we’ve left disappointed. This weekend, our tv didn’t work so we missed the big game. I asked for help at the front desk, was told the next person on duty (arriving in 3 hours) could help, but I never heard from that staff member.
Our AC would not get the room cold as we like it although we had the thermostat all the way down to 65. It was still approximately 70 degrees.
The WiFi was lagging so bad it was hard to stream the game or do any work online.
Unfortunately, we had already made reset for two future weekends at this property and we’ve been informed that if we cancel, we forfeit the entire cost of the reservations of $400 . We’re not happy! We will not be staying here or recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Loyal IHG customers, but we will be booking elsewhere from now on.

Great place to stay with family and meet up with friends for the Arizona @ Kansas State game. People were more than accommodating and pleasant when asked questions from a non resident. Mahalo to the people of Manhattan, Kansas.
