很滿意的一次雲南旅行體驗，大堂很大剛下車就有小哥幫忙拿行李還送到房間，房間很乾凈，酒店環境很好很漂亮，前台服務阿新服務很好不僅給我推薦行程還主動關心，非常熱情，房間設施齊全。下次還會入住。

翡華酒店設施挺齊全的，後花園的泳池環境很不錯，房間很乾凈，前台服務很用心！酒店的洗護用品都很不錯！早餐的米線也不錯！下次來芒市玩還會再選擇這家酒店的！

酒店的環境和早餐超棒的很美味，設施很齊全應有盡有，前台小王服務很好發了當地的旅遊攻略什麼都有吃喝玩樂很方便，房間裝飾很當地特色且乾淨，細節處理得很好。感覺住在這裏，感覺整個人都昇華了！下次還要來住。芒市東西真的好吃

辦理入住酒店工作人員比較熱情幫忙升級了房型，房間空間大，衞生床品乾淨，還帶有陽台和浴缸，酒店環境建築環境是屬於比較東南亞風的，酒店設施還帶有一個觀賞泳池，這個酒店拍照還是出片的。
