這次來雲南西部自駕旅遊路過芒市，入住時估計了一下，酒店當天的入住率客氣地講不會超過10%，酒店現在應該是屬於虧損狀態。一個店生意如果不好，那麼不是定價太高，就是產品品質不行，無非就這二個原因 ，這個酒店的位置太靠近公路，酒店大堂離開公路太近，聲音嘈雜，酒店大堂設計很大氣，典型的東南亞風格，但是房間面積偏小氣了，如果這個房間大小放在浙江那麼絕對可以了，但是這個是在雲南農村，土地不值錢，公寓樓房間設計了太小，衞生間偏小，陽台至少要大一倍，不像個度假酒店，像一個城市酒店，所以顧客就會感覺定價偏高。從整體風格上是想學習“某聯酒店”的設計風格，但是酒店在優質木料的整體使用量上偏少了一些，完全沒有達到某聯酒店的標準。在這裏需要表揚一下酒店前台人員的服務態度很好，非常熱心，為酒店爭取不少分。但是在早餐品品質上不行，數量和品質是二個概念。屬於濫竽充數。早餐質量上在三星級酒店標準，早餐從節省成本的原則出發來提供給客人。那麼最終顧客是用腳來投票。入住了一次不會再選擇第二次。

這家酒店太棒了！房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適，設施一應俱全。床品柔軟，睡得超香。服務人員態度親切熱情，有求必應。早餐豐富美味，滿足各種口味。總之，強烈推薦！😘

酒店大堂是敞開式設計，很有熱帶氛圍。酒店客人不多（好像就兩個房間客人），但不影響體驗。 酒店工作人員滿崗待命，温泉和餐廳都正常服務。 特別值得一提是酒店早餐，為兩桌客人開了半自助。熱食可單點，還有九宮格（也是單獨準備的熱食）。

酒店建築東南亞風格，設施設備蠻好。
前台管家衞生服務均不錯。
電水壺燙手要引起注意，主要問題在餐飲，旱餐簡單可以理解（淡季客人少），晚上點餐送客房的咖喱炒飯有失水準，米飯很硬，牛肉嚼不動，雞爪與芹菜也老！
總之，位置偏不談，總體服務質量與性價比都有問題！

這次和媽媽來芒市旅行有一部分原因是翡華吸引了我。
來到酒店後，的確符合我的預期。
酒店的設施和服務都很出色。遇到的每位工作人員都很友好，主動。
套餐中包含的孔雀宴和下午茶，酒店很有誠意。
但下午茶中的點心和菜單不符，沒有春捲和三明治等鹹點。所以會感覺有點膩。
早餐的廊橋軒環境非常棒，彷彿置身於熱帶雨林之中。
二十幾個户外温泉池隱在山間，藏於林中，私密性很好。
這次的入住體驗很棒！可以媲美我之前住過的Six Senses，悦榕莊等在度假酒店中口碑良好的品牌。
給酒店的服務一個大大的贊！有機會會再次入住！
