目前酒店人氣不是很高，但是服務還是在線的。這家酒店是我特意選的，雖然後來發現比**貴了不少，但好在環境優雅，私密性較強。酒店中餐廳餐品不錯，特意點了一瓶老闆喜愛的紅酒，也不踩雷。如果想去瑞麗玩，這個酒店位置推薦。如果去芒市城裡玩，距離略遠。

酒店環境優美，有工作人員指引主動搬行李，前台工作人員特別熱情，酒店規劃很好，周邊沒有配套設施配套，房價偏高，但是工作人員服務態度對得起這個價格。總體體驗還不錯，下次還會來。

我去的時候正好春節期間，但是酒店温泉水泵壞了，酒店明知道壞了幾天，卻不提前通知我，在我還有1小時就到酒店的時候才電話我，導致我根本沒辦法換其他酒店，也不能取消預訂，到了前台，前台説退我200元做為一家温泉酒店不能泡温泉的補償，但直到現在我都上班一個禮拜了，也沒見退款給我。感覺酒店人很少很少，應該是沒有人氣了。房間陽台的那個泡池也是一樣由於泵壞了沒有温泉，衹有涼水。一次不好的住宿體驗。酒店的設施有些老舊，房間泡池裡看起來不怎麼乾淨，還有水沒排放乾淨，濕乎乎的。房間裏送的橙子，不知道放了多久，切開根本沒有水分，乾巴巴的咬了一口就吐了。唯一還不錯的就是床還算舒服，但是床單上有螞蟻，這可能和環境有關，雖然就衹有兩衹，但是不太舒服心裏。最奇怪的是，電視不在床尾，而是在床右手，這設計太奇怪，衹能扭着脖子看電視。

非常差，離芒市有一個小時車程，交通不方便，不明白為什麼還叫芒市的酒店有誤導的嫌疑。設施衞生都很一般，説是有陽台的温泉，但陽台的水龍頭水温根本不夠完全泡不了。公共的温泉也壞了，完連續幾天泡不了。而且酒店沒有歉意表達，不給任何補償。那麼請問什麼叫温泉酒店？温泉是擺設嗎？房費裏包含了温泉，不履行不補償不算違約嗎？晚上衹有一個地方吃飯，所謂的燒烤酒吧篝火晚會都非常的草台班子。服務沒有經過良好培訓，經常一問三不知。早餐品種非常少，咖啡機連續幾天也是壞的，能想象2000多每晚整個酒店連咖啡也沒有嗎（大堂也沒有）。房間靠着國道，隔音不好，晚上比較吵。可以説沒有一個優點，大冤種。

聽説是當地最好的酒店，酒店不新了，但維護的還可以，但説到服務呢，那就沒有了，他們所有服務不到位的地方就説過年工作人員少，那既然開門，這些都不是理由，人不夠可以不營業，營業就要有營業的樣子，不要給自己找理由

酒店位置有點偏僻，不過住在這麼美的酒店應該好好享受酒店裡的一切服務，陽光温泉美景美食，也可以參觀史迪威二戰紀念碼頭，在瑞麗江畔看夕陽西下。希望可以開通往來市區的通勤車，提高入住率。
