房間很乾凈 細節特別好 還有傣族特色的拖鞋，景觀也好，整個度假酒店佔地很大，到處是熱帶植物，正對瑞麗河，温泉也很舒服，特別適合帶家人度假，感謝楊經理，董波仙，潘澤，易雲奇，全程服務很好 有求必應，走的時候還送的當地特色伴手禮，下次還會再來！

强烈推荐翡华温泉度假酒店！酒店环境清幽雅致，房间宽敞整洁，设施一应俱全。温泉池种类丰富，水质清澈，泡完身心舒畅。前厅杨经理热情贴心，幫忙升級房間和延遲退房，宾客经理潘泽服务周到细致，礼宾周卫主动帮忙拿行李。餐饮美味多样，早餐丰盛可口。還有酒店送的伴手禮，无论是休闲度假还是放松身心，这里都是绝佳选择，体验感满分！

酒店設施很好，服務平平，員工缺乏營銷理念。民宿特別是高端民宿的根本是高水平個性化的服務，能夠增加粘性、提高客人滿意度因而增加分享與推廣的動力。户外温泉需要走一大圈台階、長者不方便。景色不錯，餐食一般。

酒店各項設施都很好，唯一不足之處就是位置有點偏，在芒市和瑞麗之間，可能因為位置偏僻的原因，在五一這個本該人滿為患的時候，酒店依然顯得很冷清，因為住的人少，酒店很大，我居然有點害怕，希望酒店能加大宣傳，多增加人氣，不然這麼好的酒店沒人知道真的太浪費了。
