衝著總理親手栽植的樹去的，據説算國賓館，實在太舊了，可能是我住過的國賓館類酒店中最舊。真不推薦住，早餐極差。雲南這樣不缺水果和咖啡的地方，早餐居然衹有一點點哈密瓜，咖啡直接沒有，三合一的袋裝咖啡自己沖。

賓館很大，超多停車位，早餐不錯，應該是政府人員出差入住定點賓館，在市區中心，去哪都方便，設施雖然舊，但是乾淨衞生。
