這個酒店環境優雅，不是在主幹道所以很安靜，房間乾淨舒適，床品也不錯，前台服務熱情周到，有求必應、很細心連蒸汽眼罩都有，位置交通便利、不錯👍

選這個酒店真沒選錯！衞生這塊兒做得特別到位，進房間第一眼就看着舒服，床單被罩乾乾淨淨，沒有一點臟東西，地板也拖得亮堂堂的，走上去腳感都不一樣。衞生間裏，洗手枱、鏡子都擦得特乾淨，淋浴間也沒積水，用着放心。服務也很貼心，前台小哥説話很實在，告訴我附近哪家早點好吃。還可以幫忙寄快遞，收快遞，一點不耽誤事。住這兒就跟在家似的自在，下次來芒市還選這兒。

這次在芒市選的朵蘭達酒店，體驗感簡直拉滿！一進房間，那整潔程度就讓我好感大增，床鋪整理得一絲不苟，被子疊得方方正正，床單白得沒有一絲褶皺和污漬 ，躺上去特別安心。衞生間更是重點表揚，洗手枱光亮如新，鏡子一塵不染，淋浴間的瓷磚縫隙都乾乾淨淨，沒有一點水漬和污垢，沐浴用品擺放得整整齊齊，毛巾也蓬鬆柔軟，能看出都是經過認真消毒的。
服務也無可挑剔，前台工作人員特別熱情，辦理入住時不僅動作迅速，還貼心地遞上了當地的旅遊攻略，詳細介紹了周邊好玩的地方和特色美食。入住期間，不管是要多拿幾瓶水，還是諮詢一些問題，工作人員都能立馬響應，快速解決。早餐的時候，服務員會主動詢問需求，幫忙推薦特色的芒市早點，這種細緻入微的服務，真的太加分了，下次來芒市還住這兒！
