乾淨衞生，比較新的民宿，但已沒有什麼裝修味道。停車方便，開進文博苑停民宿後的停車位即可。步行去德宏州博物館幾分鐘。芒市不大，從這裏打車去哪裡都挺方便。

房間面積和標題嚴重不符，最多二十二平方，選房時標的32到42平方完全是虛報，價格超高，旁邊的新酒店也就二百多，這個連早飯也不提供的民宿也要二百多，果斷退房選擇酒店。

從台灣過來旅遊，參加目瑙縱歌節，進到房間非常驚訝，寬敞又舒適，乾淨。尤其衛生間實在可以直接給滿分，每次在外面跑了一整天，回到房間洗個熱水澡，水壓溫度也好穩定，床跟枕頭的質感也很好，一趟就安安穩穩睡到隔天早上。飄窗很夢幻，房間設計很有東南亞風情，隔音也好！！

民宿比較新，細節也單位，地理位置不錯，去哪都比較方便，車可以停後面小區裏。頂樓的房間會有聽到空調運行噪音，如果後面能改造下會更好。總體還不錯。
