An awesome stay again...I love this place. Apart from scenic views, the staff is extra helpful in ensuring an easy check-in and a comfortable stay. The rates are reasonable and facilities A Class.

The economy cabin was very nice, clean and warm in the middle of the winter. Both my son and I were very happy about our decision to stay in this cabin. The only nagative part is that it is a little bit far from toilet especially for a rainy night.

We stayed in one of the self contained motel units and even though from the outside it looks old the inside has been completely refurbished and they have made a nice job. Beds were comfortable,decor was good and the heat pump was a very good addition as the weather was terrible while we were there. Camp is very spread out along the waterfront so the office is a fair way from the motel units but as long as you have a car it will not be an issue. Overall very good value for money.

Love the spot 😁 can't wait to have another get away and stay there again. It was so nice waking up listening to the beach sounds and going for a beach walk.

Stayed here before about 2 years ago. Decided to return. Very friendly check in and as we are a big caravan were put on a nice large corner site. Lots of room. Facilities are good with coded access. One dollar shower. Had a really nice stay again

The Economy Cabin really was good value for money! We had everything we needed: kitchen supplies, towels & even Netflix. The toilet block had a modern touch with artwork and $1 for a 7min shower was plenty. We liked the place so much we returned the following night.

Stayed in our mororhome for three nights. Lovely friendly staff. Great view from our campsite of the inner harbour and the dune. Lots of walks nearby, great for cycling and the main beach a 10 -15 minute walk away.

Loved it. Excellent service, quiet lovely location beside the estuary at Mangawhai Heads. The view of the bar - lovely. Stayed in a Family Cabin at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend it.

Had a mistake of booking for 1 person instead of two. Website was a bit weird but staff was lovely and on to it! Facilities were complete - kitchen was clean, cooking facilities were spotless and clean., toilets and showers were clean. Awesome place overall. Would go back with out a doubt! Highly recommend!
