Achei muito bom daria 8 :8
O resort e muito bom, quarto limpo sempre, sacada , o café da manhã maravilhoso um doa melhores que já fui, área da piscina maravilhosa, eu recomendo.
Ponto negativos: a piscina só abri as 10 da manhã achei tarde, e fecha às 19: 00 achei cedo em vista dos outros hotéis ué já fui, dia de valor e gostoso fica na piscina até um pouco mais tarde,
Outra coisa que achei ruim e que eles deixam garrafas de água no frigobar não avisar que pago não comunicar o valor e na hora da saída cobram as águas , eles deveriam comunicar ou deixar um comunicado avisando, caso vc queira consumir , achei isso bem chato, não e o valor em se na água mas a falta de comunicação, se fosse algo mais caro eles deixam lá e não falam nada só no fim vc e obrigada a paga.do restante achei maravilhoso.

Na minha estadia, fiquei esperando por mais de 1 hora a reposição de toalha, e tive que ir na portaria pedir 2 vezes para cobrar pois o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. A noite o restaurante não funciona todos os dias. O ponto alto foi o café da manhã muito bom.

Ficamos no Hotel Marina há 4 anos atrás e os funcionários do Restaurante não estavam preparados para o atendimento. Tudo muito demorado e sem organização. Voltamos agora há uma semana atrás e tudo continua a mesma coisa. Açucareiro com formigas, torradeira sem funcionar e tivemos que mexer o café com colher de sopa. Incrível!! Portal do banheiro descascando, espelho já gasto Além disso a roupa de cama e banho já bastante encardidas, com manchas e colchão furado com resquícios de sujeira. A chave do nosso quarto abria ainda outros quartos!!!!! O café da manhã servido é bom. A parte externa do hotel é agradável e muito limpa. Funcionários da recepção e da limpeza muito prestativos.
