I had an excellent experience during my stay at Vivanta and the event hosted there. From the very beginning, the pre-visit communication with the Shalini was exceptional. Shalini and her team were professional, prompt, and extremely helpful in answering all my queries and ensuring that every detail was planned to perfection. Their proactive approach and assistance made me feel confident and well-prepared even before my arrival. During my stay, the staff continued to impress me with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The event hosted at the hotel was equally outstanding. Shalini and her team ensured everything ran seamlessly, from the setup to the catering. Every aspect of the event was managed with great care and precision. The venue was beautifully maintained and well-equipped, providing the perfect ambiance for the occasion. The location and in-room dining service of Goldfinch is very good. However, I didn't feel I got value for the money I paid. There was no Free WiFi and the cost of paid WiFi was quite ridiculous. Amenities like drinking water and even toilet paper were not restocked and had to be asked for. I wouldn't stay here again, especially since I can get these basic amenities without asking at cheaper hotels nearby.

I was always searching for the perfect stay in Mangalore city and was unlucky last 3 times. This time the stars were in my favour! From the Welcome, location, checkin process and quality of rooms, this is incredible for the amount you pay, truly 5 star service!! Food in the room was also good and believe it or not, w got fresh coffee to our room at 6 am. Hardly any hotels have room service that early. I will be back

Spacious room with quality finishing. Kholer bath fittings. Excellent housekeeping. Reception staffs were very helpful. Prompt response from staff. Superb corridors. Complimentary breakfast was good. Almost 10 live items were available in addition to normal buffet items. Only negative thing noticed is the less visibility of the reception area from outside road.

Pros - property is well maintained. With kind spoken adequate staff. Cons - our prior booking was for 2 adult and 2 children. Property also confirmed the same when we recieved call. However we ended up paying 1000 extra for extra bed inspite of prior booking for 4 on make my trip. There are many activity here which will keep you busy entire day. Children s loved this place. You need the be ready to spend double for your food if you are visiting on a weekend as property charges 650- per person for lunch and separate 650- per person for dinner which is on a higher side.

The stay was amazing and beautiful I really enjoyed the stay in ginger manglore and the food was very tasty mainly buffet for so cheap rate so many dishes was there and the staff was very helpful mainly Mr Abhishek from front office he helped me a lot and I would suggest this hotel to my friends and family
