The worse hotel I've been to in 25 years of coming to India. Their market is clearly local Indians,not international tourists. Aesthetics and lighting are fantastic but this is where it ends. Staff are clueless about anything. Cleanliness of the toilet shower and sink was questionable. And the noise at night was unbearable. Loud music, children and Adults screaming in the passage the whole night. We complained and nothing happened. It was an all round bad experience. I would stick to the Taj and other international brands.

My stay at a j grand mangalore was very remarkable. The staff at the hotel is very courteous and friendly. The check in and check out process was very easy and fast. We were three adults and the room given to us is spacious. Housekeeping was up to the mark. In all it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks again to all the support staff at property.

We did not stay at hotel. It is horrible and it does not have any approach road. We are terrified seeing. We understand that just you are promoting worst vendors without survey and visit. We did not have such an experience
in our life. We have changed our opinion on makemytrip. Next time we have to think thrice to book through makemytrip trip. The way hotel executive talks in bad manner. But will not keep quite with this, we will expose through our media and our friends staying in usa and others counties.
