Lovely Functional Hotel with all basic necessities. Room is clean and neat. Front desk and other staffs are well behaved and helpful. Toiletries are well maintained in the room. Other highlight of the property is that they are located right next to Mangalore Central Railway Station and is in walkable distance. Family will be safer. Lot of restaurants around this hotel. Try out Ajji ILL restaurant which is just a KM away from this property. You get amazing Fish Thali and Veg Biriyani is very good. One thing which I feel could have been better is the breakfast spread and quality. Hope this will be addressed by their manager Vijay Kumar.

The rooms are small, and you have to keep requesting for the wifi password, and TV channels are not recharged for which we have to keep requesting multiple times. and coming to the breakfast ... the number of cooks seen to be limited, we have to keep Waiting for items to get filled/ refilled... due to this shortage of cooks, and food quantity / variety, people literally get into an unpleasant conversations/ quarrels with others. The plates and bowls are also limited and we have to keep waiting to get them. all wet plates and cups will be placed sure to the rush which looks unhygienic
The price charged vs the comfort n facilities doesn't match.
the only good thing is it's location - it's next to central railway station and centre of the city to find alternate food options to fill ourselves

The image and in reality is different. No proper road to the hotel and very limited parking space. Room was average. The only thing we liked was morning breakfast

Whole night no power in the room and adjusted in a small room. Even in next day i was identified that power was restored. Staff told still people are working on the issue.
