The hotel room was poorly maintained. A bad odour was coming out from the window air conditioner. The housekeeper only sprayed some room refresher when complained about that. They did not provide breakfast though it was included in the price. Only half a litre of drinking water was provided. The access to the balcony was permanently closed. The restaurant was closed due to repair work. The lift was outdated and the stairway was narrow. Altogether it was a bad experience. Since i was in the city for some urgent work, i didn't get time to search for another hotel. I'm sorry. I don't have images of bad odour. You may please check with the management or ask your representative to personally verify about the points i have raised.

The manager is like a govt clerk, no towels, floors are not clean room is not great. When we entered we found half filled water bottle so hardly cleared. Only saving grace the friendly guy who showed us the room otherwise it's pathetic

Rooms are average and ok type, but the property inside and outside is completely worst. No proper maintenance, no food as they may be renovating the restaurant. Overall ok type

Location is nearby station. But owner is soo rude and not cooperative. Room was not clean and lights dint work properly. Below average for dulex room.

Our stay in kudla rasa prakash was very disappointing. The room was stinking. There was absolutely no provision of toiletries, not even a small bar of soap. No kettle for coffee/tea. No intercom or buzzer to call room service. The girl at the reception had a rude attitude towards guests. The worst part was, when we asked for a cup of tea in the norning, we were told it'll be available only after 7 am. Finally, tea was broyght to us in a polythene bag. Hot tea in a polythene bag, likely to cause cancer! this hotel has no qualification to entertain guests. Please remove from your listing to protect your reputstion.
