The location of the hotel is very good. It's in the city center. Food is very expensive considering the hotel is 2 star. Room size is okay with all basic amenities. Service is also very prompt. Overall good stay for 1-2 nights. Only issue is parking space as hotel is bit inside from the main road.

Decent rooms for short stay. There is no kettle or coffee kit in room. Only 1 litre of water per room. There were small cockroaches in room.

I have booked a hotel at mangalore, my money was deducted but the ticket was not booked and the refund was not credited. It's been 5 days and the money was not credited yet.

Wonderful experience occured, I forgot to take my neck chain, when vacating the room and going to the Railway station. When we were travelling in the train soon the call came from Karuna Presidency people, that they have received a golden chain from Room no 120,where we were staying.I asked whether they can hand over the same to one of my relative, Dr. Seema Navin working in one of the hospitals in Mangalore. They agreed to that&handed over to Dr. Seema. I cannot describe in words the Thanks to them, especially who ar working in the reception counter=Special thanks to Smt. Thrupti. Many Many Thamk🙏🙏🙏

The hotel staff behaviour was so helpful and the hotel rooms are good. I did not use the hotel restaurant however the surrounding restaurant food was delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city the hotel room was clean, nice and spacious.
