A very highly accessible, decent hotel right on the main road. The front office took time in allotting a room, the booking of which was done online but later than that, no issues. The rooms were quite big and so was the washroom. The view from the window was good too. The food at Palm Grove restaurant was pure vegetarian and quite tasty. The best part of our stay was the presence of a DMart Store close by. As we were travelling, we used this opportunity to buy some essentials from there. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here for a night on transit. This place is quite close to the Mangalore airport. 1. Reasonably clean and well maintained. 2. Spacious rooms Cons: 1. Poor air-conditioning in the rooms. Couldn't feel the effect of the ACs despite setting it at 17C. Seems like a maintenance issue. 2. Bathtubs in the bathrooms are completely unnecessary in such hotels. This is not a leisure hotel, nor is it super well maintained. No one is going to use it, just blocks space.

2. Before giving need to check the items placed in Room are working or not else fix them before giving.
like Locker was not working, Electric kettle not working, Door was rusted and not opening, water leakage in bathroom.
However it was decent average stay as staff was friendly.

All aspects hotel is good and best in class

Location,stay & food all good. We had booked 2 rooms & in one room here was no coffee maker in one room which caused inconvenience for morning coffee. as Restaurant opens at 7am and in another room there no coffee powder.Either the ways it was useless. Hotel should take care of these
