The hotel is horrible, smelly and washrooms are very small. I assume all the good reviews are paid. There was no housekeeping, we stayed for 3 days. We kept asking for housekeeping from day 2nd, they did not day in-front of us, instead they did housekeeping when we went outside by using their spare key, we had all our jwellery and cash in room. This was terrible, i guess this is not safe for girls point of view as well. They may enter your room at night as well using their spare key. No facility was provided we have to call for every small requirement. The rooms were smelly. We paid for breakfast and we got very limited breakfast.

Hotel citywalk is in a market area of mangalore but also close to some important places in mangalore. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful too. The breakfast offered was tasty though limited options. The rooms es-ply the family one is big enough. All and all our experience at hotel citywalk has been a good one.

Staff is cooperative. Average hotel. They could make it better on in house food which is not satisfactory at all. Pricing on bit higher side.

We got premium deluxe room in deluxe room budget. Stay was amazing and near/clean rooms. They offered free coffee and breakfast (included). Breakfast was good too. They have lift and parking place infront of hotel.
