Unprofessional behavior observed at the SPA reception desk: It is disheartening to witness such a lapse in customer service at a reputable establishment like this one. I had made a reservation for two massages, ensuring that it was for my wife and myself, several days in advance. The receptionist had acknowledged and confirmed this arrangement with me. However, I was later informed that they only had a slot available for my wife, as if I had not made a booking for myself. The accusatory tone used by the receptionist was unwarranted and disrespectful. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told that none were present. Despite expressing my intention to file a complaint, the receptionist appeared indifferent. Consequently, I opted to cancel the booking and expressed my decision to refrain from future visits.
