Manerba Del Garda Hotels with Airport pickup service

Beautiful structure at first glance you are enchanted, it feels like living inside a fairy tale. Children are put in the foreground with continuous entertainment shows and games. The swimming pool is large and beautiful to look at. The rooms are themed.

Myself and my son stayed at the Corte Cavalli in Sept 23. It's a beautiful old estate 8-10 min by car / cab (15 Euro) away from the centre of Peschiera. The hotel itself can be found at the bottom of a long driveway and is is made up of a number of buildings which also house the reception, restaurant and wellness centre. I have to say that this is one of the most charming hotels I've stayed at for a number of reasons. The rooms themselves are typical old style Italian but with everything you need including air con and beautiful bathrooms. They are cleaned daily to a high standard. Beds very comfy. All staff are warm and friendly and bend over backwards to be of assistance. The pool area is well equipped, clean and very peaceful being surrounded by fields. We stayed half board and the quality of the food was excellent. The only slight negative was the repetition throughout the week. It's a 3 course menu with a few choices for each course each evening. There was something new each day but still, in my opinion, a few more options throughout the week would be beneficial. Waiting staff are helpful and are multi-lingual so don't worry if your Italian is a little rusty! If you dont have a car, Peschiera itself has a port so the ferries which operate as water taxis, can take you to other destinations round the lake - timetables are available online or from the hotel / port booking office. There is also a train station. Verona is 20 mins away and Venice 1.5 hrs by train so perfect for day trips. The hotel has bike hire which is recommended if you don't have a car as constant cabs into town can prove costly. The wellness centre consists of two saunas, large whirlpool and two sensory showers. There is also a treatment room for massages ( charge applies) The weather was great with an average of 25 degrees. Im told its like this in May and September. July and August can be very hot and humid and the hotel and resort gets busy. The upshot is, if you want a friendly, peaceful place to stay in beautiful surroundings to recharge your batteries and read that book you have had bedside your bed for the last 12 months, then this really is the place for you.

We stayed as a family of three on a half board basis. Our room was in the main building with views of the lake. Our room was very comfortable and clean. When we requested extra pillows at 11pm they were delivered without any issue. Breakfast is very good , a spread of hot options , lots of fruit , pastries , cakes , juices , coffee etc. The evening meals , despite the menu being quite small was very good quality , pastas, lasagne,pork , salmon ,sea bass, cod , rabbit. There was also a good choice of help yourself sweets and always lots of fruit options and a great salad bar. You will not go hungry ! The facilities here are great , we used the spa which was very nice. Also enjoyed the football pitch and swimming pool. The golf driving range we didn’t use but looked nice and the 2 hole course looked well maintained. The staff here are very attentive ,helpful and always available. Would recommend this resort😀

Located 150 metres from Lake Garda promenade, Rivalta Life Style Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms in Salò. It features a bar serving Italian specialties, free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. The classic-style rooms feature satellite TV, safety deposit box and some have a lake-view balcony. The private bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. A continental breakfast is offered daily. Rivalta Life Style Hotel is 50 metres from the bus stop with links to Desenzano del Garda. The ferry terminal is 500 metres away.

Very spacious room, with every comfort available. The environment is peaceful, both in the hotel and in the spa structure! The thermal baths and the Spa are well structured.

Average hotel. Beds were okay but pillows very thin specially for a side sleeper. View off balcony was great. Spent one whole day just resting and enjoying the view. Walk to/from lake not difficult. Only major downside is that without a car you really are limited to places to eat.

A very unpleasant situation happened We lost things In general, the service is unpleasant Extremely meager breakfast and even its staff does not have time to replenish it all the time something is missing. Peaches are rotten Uncomfortable rooms all made of bare concrete We lived in the basement in fact We were freezing at night because the exhaust hood with icy air turns on and blows right on you and you do not finish eating You can do nothing about it Mosquitoes constantly fly out of the ventilation. The children are all bitten And the cherry on the cake is the cleaning Disgusting They come in without knocking, and you are in your underwear, for example I have never seen such wildness Our portable massager disappeared And the toothbrush attachment - apparently it was just thrown out with the Polo from the sink The cleaning is sloppy, get lost

Bed, or rather terrible beds. The double bed was two single beds that separate making noise as soon as you move, if you're not careful you'll fall in the middle. The mattress is very thin and too soft especially considering the bed base. Uncomfortable is an understatement. Excellent location with convenient parking. Adequate continental buffet breakfast. Cleanliness and room services in line with the price. I won't stay here again until they change the beds.

Amazing value, great location, polite staff and very clean. 5 Star! I wanted to take this moment to iron out any concerns. Yes the hotel may be of a certain age and yes there may be areas that require updating but PLEASE don’t let this put off booking. We arrived late due to a delay and we were welcomed by a member of staff in the early hours (2am to be exact) who was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed in terms of breakfast and room service. Initially we had feared the reception would be closed but thankfully all was well. Breakfast - being vegan I was worried about this but I did not have to worry. There is a wide selection of fruit (much of it organic), beautiful watermelon, seeded grapes, apricots, peaches etc. Plus, cereals (inc. gluten free options), rice milk, soya milk, fresh bread, jams and more. There were also salad /savoury options available. For non vegans, there is lots to choose from including meats, eggs, cheeses, a wide array of cakes, cereals, croissants and much more. A good range of drinks available too! Bottled water, juices, tea, coffee and more! The room - Very clean throughout with daily room service (including fresh towels daily) We had room 409. A wonderful view overlooking vineyards and a small village heading towards Lazise (well worth a visit). Also great for sunsets! Transport. We recommend renting a car - we only stayed 4 nights but this proved to be the winning ticket where we were able to collect (and drop off) from the airport vs. What may have been a lengthy shuttle transfer. We recommend touring Lake Garda, there is so much to see, the people are great and the charm of the villages/architecture/scenery around the lake is really breathtaking. It takes about 4 hours to lap the lake, recommend in stages to get the best experience. Verona is very close to too (approx 35 minutes by car) and well worth the visit. If you’re feeling ambitious, Venice is 1.5 hours away by car (we plan on visiting when we return) You’ll not go hungry, the food is extremely plentiful and affordable wherever you are in and around the lake (plenty of vegan options too) To summarise, if you’re looking for somewhere with charm, good honest people and service with a smile this is the one. Don’t let a few minor faults with the hotel put you off a holiday to remember. If like us, we were there to experience the culture, the scenery, the people, the food,..not to live in the hotel and pick out small irrelevant faults like cracked bathroom tiles and worn paintwork, this is unrealistic. We look forward to returning in the future and send our best wishes to the staff!
