This Relais & Chateaux property is magnificent! The lobby of the hotel occupies the former chapel at the convent and the space is stunning. Our rooms were incredible. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is spectacular. Breakfast was included in the rate I had booked and it was wonderful. Hotel has a L’Occitane Spa which was amazing. I cannot use enough adjectives to describe this phenomenal establishment. WE WILL BE BACK!

My husband and I stayed in Le Couvent Des Minimes for the 3 last nights of June. It was unforgettable time and unique experience to be in the early XVII century convent with the hi-tech equipment and elegant design connecting the 4 centuries and enhancing historical flavors. We found multiple special values in this place including serenity, peace, comfort, cleanness, privacy, VIP service style, delicious food, amazing L'Occitane spa, 3 swimming pools, and much more. The staff (dressed as nuns) were absolutely outstanding! We initially chose Le Couvent (located in Mane) because we planned to take a Montgolfier's balloon flight from Forcalquer, which is the next to Mane town. It takes only 8 minutes driving there. It was a splendid experience to observe Le Couvent surrounded by the blooming lavender fields from the sky! There also are multiple historical, nature, and cultural sites to visit in the area. We thank all the staff of Le Couvent to making our stay so happy and cloudless. We are looking forward to be back.

Un ravissement pour tous les sens ! La vue pour cette architecture qui met à l’honneur la nature. L’ouïe pour le calme et le chant des cigales. L’odorat pour les senteurs des produits l’Occitane. Le goût pour ce délicieux repas au bistrot, une explosion de saveurs pour les papilles. Et le toucher pour les mains expertes et fabuleuses de Marion et Patricia lors des massages au SPA. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son accueil chaleureux et professionnel.

Nous connaissions " l'ancien couvent" et adorions son intimité et décoration aux couleurs de l'occitane...le nouveau est spectaculaire et beaucoup plus grand ! Là encore le design est pensé jusqu'à la tenue du personnel qui s'inscrit je pense dans le respect de ce lieu... Nous saluons d'ailleurs toutes ces personnes qui s'activent sans cesse avec le sourire !

Comme l'écrit si bien Charles Baudelaire, tout est dit ! Lieu magique niché dans un écrin de verdure où règne le bien être. Un personnel impliqué et très à l'écoute, merci à Pauline, Léo... et Louann pour son massage exceptionnel dans un spa de toute beauté, endroit vraiment unique. Peut être que les chambres dans le bâtiment principal (où se trouvent les restaurants) sont moins contemporaines. Celles qui se trouvent sur les deux rangs derrière le spa sont très spacieuses et d’un décor contemporain Elles se fondent néanmoins quand leur environnement

Nous avons déjeuné côté bistrot. Ce fut un vrai régal, de la mise en bouche au dessert. Le cadre est majestueux, l'accueil très sympa, le professionnalisme au top. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. A découvrir sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
