Отличный отель 2** Отдыхали с 17-27 марта 2025 г. Завтраки: яйцо, каша, блины, салат, тосты, масло, джем, чай и кофе ( на кухне чисто, проверяла). Номер: чистенько, но все старое. Убираются раз в два дня по запросу ( нужно оставить ключ на ресепшен утром) , дают 1 бутылку воды в день. Территория: чисто и аккуратно, не разгуляешься, но зато удобно. В номере: кондиционер, вентилятор, шкаф, сейф с ключом в шкафу, зеркало, кровать, шторы блекаут, стол и два кресла, душ, унитаз, раковина, зеркало, есть балкон. Розетки работают (не нужны переходники) Охранник и ресепшен 24/7. Пару раз выключался свет в деревне Ашвем, тут же включают дизельный генератор. Отель находится на 2 линии, на первой линии отели получше и с лежаками на пляже. Там можно находиться весь день ( особенно понравилась Palma) - со своим алкоголем нельзя, нужно покупать у них напитки и еду, тогда без проблем находишься весь день на лежаке. Рядом с отелем (справа) отличный маркет с обменом валют (10:00-22:00). Море чистое, спокойное, на пляже Ашвем есть собаки, но нет коров.

We had a nice and comfortable stay here. Beautiful and affordable cottages on the mandrem road but not noisy. Beautiful garden like ambience and all services very good. As you walk out of the hotel...across the road walk down the lane and you are on beach. Poursh area, beautiful and clean beach with lot of good options to dineout. Restris and shacks... Candle light dinner at the beach with music. We had few Meals from inhouse restaurant too which were really tasty. Large rooms with good aircons and balcony on both sides.. toiletries and fresh towels provided. Will certainly recommend for couples and families. Suggestions Hot kettle should be provided in all rooms and fridge if possible as you have quiet big size rooms.

The room was clean and also got early in.
The breakfast menu was disappointing. Only 1 indian menu(that also repeated alternate days), 1 for foreigners, sprouts and bread. They will serve machine tea and coffee 😔.

The stay is very nice with neat spacious rooms and very welcoming friendly staff. Only suggestion would be to check the room aminites before booking incase you need additional stuff like kettle iron or dryer for your stay that was not available. But the stay is worth the price for the location as it is just 4-5 min walk from the beach. Also all rhe good restaurants and cafes are at walking distance (hardly 6-7 min) like Thalasa , Azule etc. Perfect for all type of guests. Food is very nice but they have limited 3-4 options for breakfast which has a combination of both indian and English.

food was good but limited menu items. Room was clean but no swimming pull. Though you can see sea from balcony but it's not beach front, there is 200 meter distance and little road in-between.
price and value mismatch.
