Dear hotel manager, i hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at amritara aura resort & spa, goa. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the standard i expected, and due to multiple issues that severely impacted my stay, i am requesting a full refund of the amount paid. 1. Cleanliness issues the condition of the room and common areas was highly unsatisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust, stained linens, and an unclean bathroom. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a resort of your standard. Despite raising this concern, no proper action was taken, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. 2. Poor food quality the food served at the resort was well below expectations in both taste and hygiene. On multiple occasions, we noticed stale ingredients being used, and the overall quality was subpar. Additionally, the food handling practices raised serious concerns about safety and hygiene, which made it difficult for us to dine at the resort without worries. 3. Disturbance from cats throughout our stay, stray cats were constantly present in the dining area and even near our room. This was a major disturbance, as they would climb onto tables, beg for food, and even enter the room premises. This not only affected our dining experience but also raised hygiene concerns. We expected a peaceful and relaxing stay but instead faced continuous disturbance, which was not addressed by the management. Given these severe issues, i do not believe the stay was worth the amount paid, and i feel entitled to a full refund. I request you to process the refund at the earliest, failing which i will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter through relevant consumer forums and online review platforms. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Please let me know the next steps for initiating the refund process. Looking forward to your swift action. Best regards, ayush
