The place has two different rooms. The pictures they show in airbnb and other booking sites show their best rooms. But actually the rooms that they offer are very bad with dirty linens, torn towels, see through curtains, no privacy at all, bad paint. The food is horrible and over expensive. The behaviour of the staff and owner is very rude. When we complained about the rooms and the pictures available on Airbnb, they said pictures are a mere formality and we are free to sell the rooms at higher prices despite your bookings. Totally unethical and fraud behaviour at the property. Guys not recommended at all. We had to leave the place as the place was very shady. Kindly go through the pictures where you can see that curtains are just for show and they don’t hide anything.

Excellent hospitality, exceptional food in terms of quality and taste, great location if you are looking for something peaceful and offbeat, great access to some amazing trails. Definitely recommend! You can also explore this option if you are planning for a longish paragliding course at Bir billing.
