Amazing place. The staff was a bit inexperienced which gave poor service on some occacions (eg we waited 20min on 2 drinks). Free parking and charging of electric car was a really nice touch!

Tout était parfait, du petit déjeuner au repas du soir, que ce soit au restaurant gastronomique ou au restaurant grill lounge. Idem pour le snack à midi. Les chambres étaient propres et fonctionnelles, avec une préférence pour la suite VARENNE. Mention spéciale à tout le personnel pour leur professionnalisme et leur aimabilité. Je vous conseille également la visite en bateau du lac que l'hôtel propose ainsi que l'activité ski nautique

Everything was fabulous and the staff like Alice were wonderful, too. Food in both restaurants were excellent, especially the main evening dinning room. All with great views of Lake COMO. Very relaxing place with beautiful manicured grounds. We will definitely return soon.

We stayed here for 3 night for my daughters wedding x. WOW just WOW beautiful setting, fabulous rooms and very professional staff. The food was amazing as was the choice for breakfast/can honestly say the best hotel I have stayed in in all my travels x

Bei einer Vorabbuchung sollte der Gast genau auf die Ausschreibung des Hotels achten. Einige Suiten liegen außerhalb des Hauses und sind nur über Kieswege und sehr schmale Treppen erreichbar. Dies ist nicht auf der Internetseite erkennbar. Der Service ist insgesamt angemessen; ob das den Preis rechtfertigt? Uns schien das Hotel angemessen für den CEO, der bei der Vorzimmerkraft oder bei Geschäftspertnern Eindruck machen möcht. Wir ziehen in normales 5 Stern Haus mit * Küche vor.

Celebrated my birthday at this very special resort. The staff went above and beyond to make our two days here extraordinary! Our private boat picked us up right at their dock and we had a beautiful day visiting the other towns on the lake. We all agreed we were so glad we chose to stay away from the crowds at Villa Lario. We had an amazing dinner there and looked forward to breakfast every morning. It was a perfect stay for us and we look forward to returning! A special thank you to Alice for her amazing hospitality skills!
