Soggiornato una notte e già fin troppo con mio marito e figlio di 1 anno...meno di zero non posso dare...struttura decadente, camere terribili obsolete male odorati e gestito da persone altamente maleducato e incompetente, mi riferisco solamente al turno della cena che dopo aver chiesto di essere spostati in un luogo più caldo con un neonato siamo stati derisi e sentito dire che il riscaldamento era acceso, quando in realta' i convettori buttavano palesemente aria fredda e ho dovuto alzare io con le mie mani...dopo esserci seduti per ordinare non ci hanno volutamente servito e ce ne siamo andati altrove...pulizia da vomito in stanza chiesto di cambiare i poggiatesta del letto e curare meglio i sanitari, li hanno sostituiti con altrettanto unti e gialli...se non fosse stato il compleanno di mio marito avrei chiamato i carabinieri e il controllo dell'igiene...vi consiglio caldamente di evitare malattie e andare in questa struttura.

Hotel semplice, senza troppe pretese, ma pulito e ordinato. Il personale è molto disponibile, la cucina ottima. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la correttezza: per errore abbiamo pagato un po' più del dovuto, e ancora mentre eravamo nel viaggio di ritorno a casa ci hanno contattato per informarci e accordarci per il rimborso, poi puntualmente arrivato! Dall'hotel non si vede il lago, che però è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti.

Camera singola fatiscente: la serratura della porta di ingresso della camera cade a pezzi e la testata del letto è distrutta. Camera ai limiti della decenza, basterebbe un minimo di manutenzione ma evidentemente non è una priorità. Accoglienza da rivedere!

Sconsigliato, noi abbiamo pernottato una notte, camere sporche con l’aria condizionata che cade a pezzi, doccia da rinnovare e colazione con un scarafaggio che camminava sul tavolo…!! mi dispiace ma non torneremo e lo sconsigliamo!!!!

Livello del ristorante è hotel per essere solo un 3 stelle molto alto per la cucina e pizza che offrono per non parlare dei camerieri pizzaioli chef e casserieri sempre gentili educati e sorridenti è soprattutto sempre a disposizione per il cliente non vedo l'ora di tornare

Camere terrificanti, letti vecchi il singolo addirittura con contorno letto rotto e occultato sotto al letto. Piatto doccia rotto .. Muri sporchi e con ragnatele 157 euro per una notte una tripla del genere decisamente troppo cara . Sconsiglio vivamente.

Albergo al dir poco terrificante, formiche in stanza, puzza in camera e saltavano di continuo le luci. Colazione terrificante con pane rappreso dalla cena. Nessuna cosa calda. Personale maleducato e aggressivo. Un esperienza che non consiglio.

Sono stato in quest' hotel un paio di giorni con la mia famiglia devo dire la verità fantastica esperienza dal cibo all'accoglienza ma la cosa davvero entusiasmante e stato mangiare una pizza che non ha nulla da invidiare a quella napoletana buonissima, soffice e con ingredienti di alta qualità,e non per ultimo ho conosciuto il pizzaiolo Francesco vero professionista ci ritorneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo
