The staff always greeted us with a smile.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, was beautiful, and tasted great. The mango and fruit platter was amazing. The Shangri-La tea was also delicious.
The atmosphere by the pool was great, and we also used the pool bar.

The good: near malls, nice facilities, the best gym, great and prompt service.
The bad: hotel is getting old and may need updates. The first room we got the aircon was not working well. Then the hot water broke down 2x because of too many guests. The pool was also super full during good friday and they were not able to limit guests.

The hotel is near the SM mall, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also the Shangri-La Plaza, which has mid- to high-end shopping malls. The room is spacious and the waiters are warm and polite. Hygiene needs to be improved

The room that they gave us was not thoroughly cleaned. We found one piece of old french fry under the desk.
The hair dryer that was installed in the room was faulty. It turns off from time to time if the wire moved.
The breakfast was done in a separate function room due to the overspill of guests in the main restaurant (heat). The ambience was dark n gloomy but the food was great nevertheless.
Will still be back though due to its location and service.
