Apart from a lot of traffic around the hotel, which seems to be an issue everywhere in Manila, our say was very pleasant. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was great and a lot of different types of fruits, juice, meats local and foreign specialities are available.

When I entered the room, I was shocked! The room was completely different from the pictures. There was no shower in the bathroom and I had to stand in the bathtub. There was no water and no hair dryer. The whole room was very old. It felt like I had traveled back to the last century! Astonishingly bad and old! Very old style furnitures and pool bathroom facilities. Nothing same with the photo online. Don’t know why they use completely different pictures! Since I am too tired and disappointed I forgot to take the photo, my room was in garden wing 13 floor.

10/10 - One of the best hotels in Manila! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
