We booked three suites for a client. Due to a change in schedule, they informed us on the 26th that they needed to leave early, rescheduling their departure from the 29th to the 28th. The hotel flatly refused Ctrip's offer to negotiate, refusing a full refund for the three suites and one night. The hotel's handling of the matter isn't wrong, as the client's decision to leave early was their own fault. However, the hotel showed no concern for their situation, not even asking why they needed to leave early.

Service: Very, very good service. Arrived in Manila at 10:30, free early check-in was provided, and the room status was inquired by phone after arriving at the room. The conversion plug and HDMI cable were also available immediately. The hotel breakfast was very, very delicious. There were frozen yogurt and soufflé~ The coffee shop in the hotel lobby was open until 11 o'clock.
Environment: There are many restaurants and shopping malls around. Supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas are all within walking distance. There are many choices, and the food is not repeated for two nights~
The only complaint is that the hotel's drainage is not very good. There is a strong smell of sewer pipes on the hotel floors and rooms (someone had been cleared once when I first moved in, but the smell came back soon, and the gym floor and the corridor of the room also had the smell of sewer pipes), and the toilet cannot be flushed with paper or it will be blocked. As a new hotel in 20 years, it is a bit unreasonable.
