Buena recepción, ambiente agradable. Ubicación cerca a la playa. Buena piscina. Las habitaciones sí estaban calurosas. Baños adecuados. Tenía bar. El día en que estuvimos se fue la luz en todo el pueblo, pero el hotel ofreció grupo electrógeno.

Lindo hotel en bungalows las habitaciones muchos zancudos aunque disponen de espirales y mosquiteros Ubicacion cerca al mar piscina bien cuidada y grande desayuno masomenos no incluye aunque por ser familia nos lo ofrecieron por un adicional

Me gusto muchisimo el servicio ya que esta cerca a la playa, la atención es muy buena, puedes entra a la pscina a la hora que nosotros queramos...La habitacion es muy amplia y comoda asi que recomiendo mucho KITES HOTEL ♡

Al momento de realizar la limpieza en la habitación, encuentro mi ropa doblada dentro de mi maleta, mi cartera cerrada (en ningún hotel al momento de realizar limpieza en la habitación doblan mi ropa o revisan mi cartera y la cierran), al momento de retirarme del hotel y cambiarme a otro, me doy con la sorpresa que me faltaban 2 prendas, realice mi reclamo pero solo atinaron a llamarme e indicarme que trabajan con gente de confianza sin darme ninguna respuesta y ninguna solución.. CUIDADO!!!
