Lower Turks Head

A good old pub with lots of history unfortunately it has terrible beer choices. Although the pewed seats and panel wall are very distinctive. A Joseph holt pub. So it also does food and Holt beer such as crystal and diamond if that is to your liking.

Brilliantly situated in Manchester for the tram and bus service . The hotel is lovely every body friendly and helpful . My room was really good and a very comfy bed , en suite bathroom and a balcony .tea and coffee supplied with a TV when relaxing

Basic room and very small but what I expected for the price and location. It was perfect for 1 night and I was worried it would be noisy as the pub downstairs is very busy but I wasn't disturbed and slept very well! There was no window so it was warm and the fan provided was very welcome. The TV didn't work very well but I didn't need it for the time I spent in the room. The man who showed me to my room was very friendly and carried my bag for me. Overall I had a good experience and would book here again for a 1 night stay as a perfect central location.

Very cosy, warm, relaxing pub. Very friendly service. I would recommend this pub highly . The beer is good and staff are very helpful and efficient. We visit whenever we are in Manchester. Great location too just opposite Shudehill interchange and bus station.

Very disappointing and not worth £95. We felt the person who eventually checked us in and showed us to our room was asking an unusual amount of questions and it felt very strange. The tv didn’t work, the blinds were broken, no black out blinds so very bright. Cheap mattress and base, basic accommodation. Barely slept due to the noise. Just before 3am there was deafening noises that sounded like an out of control robot! They leave ear plugs in the room but they don’t help. It was clean and in a perfect position, this accommodation is worth no more than £60….baring in mind you don’t get breakfast. I’ve stayed all over and this is the worst value for money I have ever experienced.

Great Little hotel. comfortable rooms with great local pub below .right in the heart of the city. stayed on a Saturday bar is very good with great local ales. 👍👍😘🍻🍻🍻.would recommend to anyone and definitely will use again. very nice staff at he bar easy to talk to and very accommodating .
