Nice clean room, comfy bed, quiet nights sleep! Very happy overall. Would stay again.

Amazing experience. It locates in the very central place, walking distance to every where. The BAR and dining area is cute and very Instagram style. The reception is friendly. Bed is super big and comfortable.

The hotel is alright. We stayed just a night and were unable to do anything due to tiredness after travelling a lot, and then in the morning, the fire alarm went off, so we had to rush out. The receptionist told us that they would immediately refund our deposit of £50 in which they requested us to pay at check-in. However, we still haven't received it until now, after about 10 days already. It's no good!

The beds were really hard and the air conditioning unit made a weird noise all night even when it was switched off. The room was tired and in need of a bit of an uplift. Breakfast was a good size but it was cold (full English)

Lovely reception area, but rooms were underwhelming. Bathroom fittings were loose and dirty. The tap was missing an aerator to stop it leaking

Good location but for a 4 star hotel the rooms were a bit shabby. Shower head was broken, tv remote batteries didn’t work, sheets were dirty and my “king size” bed was on the small side. 😂 there was also the sound of water dripping all night so it was so hard to sleep. Breakfast was nice! Great choice of vegan and vegetarian options.

I had a great time mainly due to the general hotel aesthetic. I really wanted a signature room as I made a request a week prior but unfortunately they said they were sold out. I appreciated the rooms and how spacious they were too. Great bathroom facilities. The breakfast was good, would only suggest they keep pastries lightly heated. Great barista work. Very helpful receptionists. Tv and speakers provided in the room too

Lovely hotel stay here frequently, restaurant and bar area great, breakfast very good. Some of the rooms are out dated but can’t complain for £70

The hotel is very well located, in the city centre. We did not enjoy our rooms view, the window is very high and all we could see is a build construction. But it was a nice experience.

The room we stayed has no USB charging in room so recommended to bring your own socket. The flush in toilet needs more time than I expected to refill. Overall ok for a quick one night stay.
