This Fairfield Inn is absolutely perfect! No other Marriott in the Manchester, NH area competes with this hotel! Just plain perfect as far as clean, quiet, close to many spots to eat, easy to get to off the highway, but most of all the people that work here! Fiona and Camryn are ridiculous in how excellent they are! I’ve been here about 15 times over the last two years and these two perfect employees are just that! Perfect! Friendly, kind, conversational and helpful! I love staying at this property in Manchester, NH versus about 8 other area options. Thanks for the great service, Jeff Richards

Pretty good stay It was nice but there was a black stain on the floor in the bathroom and it sort of smelled like smoke. Another thing is the shower door that bangs on the wall. I heard other peoples doors so I know they heard mine and it was just really loud.

I highly recommend staying somewhere else. The property is lacking in professionalism as well as safety. Drug ******* wander the Halls trying to break into other people's rooms as well as sleeping in the hallways. Pretty much every time I've been there since October. Not to mention if you bring any of this to the attention of the staff they will spread lies as well as to fame your character to a point where they will "Ban" you from property as well as damaging your property since my back window was smashed out the day that I was banned though the incident that I was banned over happened the month previous and I had stayed at least 10 times since then... The unprofessionalism of management is mind-blowing and severely lacking in Marriott standards. You're better off going to the econo Lodge than this hotel. Luckily there are three other Marriott properties just down the road that are so much better in all aspects. As a loyal member of Marriott for 10 plus years, I have never been so disrespected by a property. Luckily, Marriott has a elite benefit guarantee that does require compensation when reservations are not honored per Marriott standards and Marriott does not believe in Banning Guests. Not to mention that the housekeepers will sit in the breakfast area which is against Marriott policies, and then they will also talk about you in Spanish assuming that no one speaks Spanish. However, me and several other guess I have encountered there do speak Spanish and we're absolutely appalled at the statements and the fact that the front desk did nothing to correct such behavior. I would not risk your safety or your properties safety at this location. You'll probably leave with a smashed out window. Your car being robbed drug ******* trying to break into your room and possibly even bed bugs. Don't stay here.
