Hotel muito tranquilo e uma experiencia boa. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e tudo ótimo, piscinas e jacuzzi também tudo bom, apenas critico o calor insuportável que se faz sentir nos quartos e o não fornecimento de roupões, toucas e chinelos para o acesso á piscina, em um hotel de 4 estrelas penso que não faz sentido nenhum, devido a esse motivo não atribuo a classificação máxima.

Após chegada a estação de comboio foi-nos oferecido uma boleia inesperada pela massagista do hotel que após ver o nosso desespero se prontificou gratuitamente levar-nos. Durante a estadia todo o staff foram 10 estrelas sempre com um sorriso. A amenidades do hotel foram espetaculares com um banho turco e jacuzzi maravilhoso.

Hotel bonito, com boas áreas, quarto excelente, grande, com cama grande e muito confortável. Bom pequeno almoço. Piscina interior com àgua tépida, um pouco fria para a época (final de novembro) e sauna fria ou desligada, é uma pena pois já vi muitas críricas a este respeito e continua igual. Staff simpatico, localização um pouco afastada de Amarante.

This hotel is a great retreat! The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is good and you can enjoy the quietness (the nearest city is 15 minutes away). The areas with grass and flowers are well-kept and they provide a lovely environment. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, with a bar. It also has an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi! The massage we had was great and we recommend. The room was big and had a balcony (the only thing we missed was a coffee machine). The breakfast is great. It has variety and the products are fresh. The part of the hotel where it's served is rather elegant (an old mansion). We had a great burger in the evening, at the bar! Overall, we recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a quiet retreat in the north of Portugal (with fair prices at both bars).

Cama confortável, excelente pequeno almoço, boa piscina interior. Limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente a casa de banho. Sauna e banho turco não funcionavam e não havia qualquer aviso. Passagem para a piscina é pelo exterior, no caso a chuva. Não vale os 116€ noite.

Pouca simpatia na recepção á chegada.A sauna estava desligada porque dava um sinal de erro e não havia ninguém por perto para ajudar.A água das piscina grande estava fria. No pequeno almoço a funcionária sempre com cara de "frete" nem "Bom dia" dizia aos clientes que iam chegando.Dei" Bom dia "mas não respondeu. Pequeno almoço é bom e tem alguma variedade ao qual vão repondo consoante vai terminando. Quarto bem higienizado e confortável. Quando fizemos o check out a funcionária foi muito simpática mas não era mesma que fez o check-in.

Um ótimo hotel onde já fomos duas vezes e nas duas foi um ótima experiência. Fomos com a nossa bebê gostamos imenso. Adoramos tudo desde o spa ao quarto e pequeno almoço. Um obrigada a Débora por o atendimento e um obrigada a equipa de limpeza que foram uma simpatia!

Hotel que une uma parte histórica a uma parte moderna, com instalações de excelência. Quarto muito agradável com varanda. Oferece piscina coberta e exterior bem como banho turco, jacuzzi e sauna. Tem serviço de massagens. Bom pequeno almoço. Recomendo
