Нужно достойно общаться с персоналом ресепшн и отеля,а не ругаться, только тогда к вам будет внимание и понимание!Как везде в мире и любом отеле! Не только в Турции,нужно знать историю этого народа,тогда вам станет всё понятно !!!Есть русская пословица,, Ласковый телёнок двух маток сосёт "Никогда не забывайте её! Тогда в любом отеле вам будет самое лучшее обслуживание,как нам,мы с мужем, ездим 18лет! Этот отель по всем показателям на 5*. Нужно пишите,всегда отвечу.

Номер уютный и чистый, все необходимые принадлежности предоставлены, что очень удобно. В холодильнике есть соки, молоко, напитки:) Персонал вежливый и обходительный! Питание на высшем уровне, 10 из 10! Дети в восторге от аквапарка. Приятный бонус - мороженое 24 ч. бесплатно! На завтрак свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок. Отель очень понравился, обязательно вернёмся!

VRESELIJK HOTEL! Vieze hotelkamer met vieze lakens met vlekken, veel (aangekoekte) schimmel overal , (zie foto's), op de gang borden en glazen, drankflessen, gebroken glas van gasten wat niet wordt opgeruimd, keukenapparatuur ontzettend vies en is nog nooit schoongemaakt, aangekoekte etensresten. Tijdens alle eetmomenten een chaos van Russische gasten die zoveel mogelijk op hun bord stapelen en vervolgens de helft laten staan, ze dringen voor en zijn onbeschoft. Meer dan 90% is Russisch, het personeel praat Turks en Russisch en begrijpen niet wat anderstalige gasten vragen. Het eten is zeer eentonig, niet warm en heeft niet veel met de Turkse keuken te maken. Wij hebben veel ervaring met resorts maar deze spande echt de kroon, slechtste ooit! Tip voor degene die reageert op de reviews: ga eens een weekje undercover en laat je verrassen door alles wat je niet wenst als je van je vakantie wilt genieten. Misschien begrijp je dan de slechte reviews, succes, ons zie je er niet meer.

Stayed at this 1* hotel as a birthday treat- its not 5* and the amenities don’t match their false advertising either!!.. all the staff speak Russian, if you need anything in English they pull out their translation phone or simply walk away!!. We arrived at 9pm and told to go to the Bistro that is open 24hrs… went down to a closed Bistro that apparently opens at 12am and only serves fries!!!- horrendous Rooms are smelly, dated and broken. Food is tasteless and warmed from day before- same food choices every day- desperately looked for another hotel to stay- please don’t waste your money staying at this awful place

Rooms are in very urgent need of refurbishing , if you speak English or any other language , besides of Russian , this hotel is not for you ! you hardly find one of stuff that can speak English ..besides , some of them are a bit rude ! Food after 2-3 days , you had it , because does not change ! i found , that most people working in this facility , dont have the right training or skills to work on this type of business !

Het eten is vaak koud en weinig afwisseling. De koffie automaten zijn bijna altijd stuk of niet schoongemaakt, het personeel spreekt amper Engels waardoor je ook moeilijk je klachten kan bespreken. Het restaurant en andere openbare ruimtes zijn echt vies. Overal liggen etensresten en het wordt amper schoongemaakt. In de eetzaal lopen katten rond en springen op tafel. Het elektra is slecht afgewerkt waardoor kinderen niet veilig kunnen spelen. Tex glijbanen zijn oud en doen na een paar keer doet je rug pijn. De glijbanen zijn ook niet de hele dag geopend. Het water is erg koud waardoor in principe niemand gaat zwemmen. Het is een in verval geraakt resort met slecht management. Zo slecht heb ik nog niet eerder meegemaakt.

Классный отель. Еда понравилась. В но крах убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли тоже часто. Территория хорошая, зеленая и ухоженная. Есть бассейны и горки для детей. Персонал отличный, все дружелюбные, улыбаются и помогают советом если надо куда то поехать в город самостоятельно. В общем рекомендую.

Het hotel heeft leuke zwembaden waar altijd een vrij bedje te vinden is. Het is wel fris water in oktober. Het strand is 6 minuten lopen of je neemt een gratis shuttle. Rond 10:00 uur zijn de bedjes daar bezet. Er zijn wachtrijen bij de koffieautomaat bij het ontbijt, maar een drankje aan de bar ‘s avonds kan zo ook een half uur duren. Het personeel spreekt, bij de receptie na, geen Engels of Duits. De meeste medewerkers spreken alleen Turks en/of Russisch en hebben het duidelijk niet naar hun zin. De Russen dringen af en toe voor in de rijen. ‘s avonds bij het diner is de eetzaal binnen een kwartier vol, terwijl we nu wel in het laagseizoen zitten. Iedereen holt gehaast door de eetzaal. Wat leuk is is dat het hotel in een gezellig winkelstraatje ligt. Onze redelijk schone familiekamer lag in het bijgebouw. Twee prima slaapbanken in de ene slaapkamer en een +- 1.40 m breed bed in de andere slaapkamer. De airco werkte naar behoren.

Отдыхала с сестрой и дочерью у сестры. Был оплачен номер стандарт на троих, номер дали в самом дальнем корпусе, номер старый маленький обшарпанный, но это не самое страшное. В номере была одна кровать а втрое спальное место раскладушка но которой спать невозможно, спишь как на досках. За 8 дней проживания пастельное не меняли, полотенца поменяли один раз когда попросили. Лежаков действительно на пляже нет, такое встречаю впервые……посуда тоже действительно грязная, да можно тарелку грязную не брать найти чистую, но разве хочется это делать на отдыхе искать чистую посуду….самое ужасное это были стаканы и бокалы с женскими губами от помады …, Импортный алкоголь надо выпрашивать Обычно говорят что его нет но некоторым наливают анимации практически нет с 20.30 для детей про часа потом пол часа для взрослых, дискотек никаких нет, музыке в баре вечером тоже. Возможно для пар семейных это и хороший отель есди не пугает грязь, молодежи бежать нечего не повторяйте моих ошибок. Из плюсов еда вкусная, сок на завтрак свежевыжатый, автобус останавливается у отеля можно съездить в новомол большой тц автобус номер 2 и в старый Сиде на развалины автобус номер 11, обратно автобус 10 с любого маршрута. Горки тоже хорошие.
