I can't believe how it got so many points. It was a hotel experience. The food is very mediocre, the service is non-existent, the room cleaning is terrible, the lobby bar staff is rude to the customers, the guy at the beach bar puts his finger in the coffee pot to taste the Turkish coffee. The hotel I chose because of the Kaya name is worth going to, just for its location. You should spend a little more money and go to better places.

Kaya Side is a really good hotel for the price. But the staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The area is really green and well maintained territory. Food is delicious, well seasoned. There is always fish and meat, and breakfast the same all days. Maybe there are no vegetarian options to choose from and there was no section available for kids. And the desserts were amazing. It has a snack bar near the pool, where you can get gozleme, jacked potato and other options. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every evening there are different shows for entertainment. Also bingo, karaoke, and DJ performance. Easy to reach Side and Manavgat by bus. Also there are some shops close to the hotel. BUT the biggest thank you is for MUHAMMED from the animation team. He is so friendly, communicative, and funny. He organises the best activities during the day and involves everyone to participate. He is the star of this hotel.

Mayıs ayında ailem İle gittiğimiz kaya otelden cok memnun kaldık. Otelde hersey cok kaliteli. Bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Animasyon ekibi İle tatılın nasıl gectıgını anlamadık. Buradan eğlence muduru yusuf beye Eray beye gul hanıma mısır clubden Ayşegüle cok teşekkür ederim. Adını hatırlamadıgım diğer kısılerede cok teşekkür ederım. Kesinlikle dusunmeden rezervasyon yapın. Tekrar görüşmek uzere kaya ailesi.

Keyifli ve çok eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdik bizim için güzel bir hatıra olarak kalacak.Hizmet veren personelin güler yüzünden ötürü çok teşekkür ederim.Özellikle Gül Hanıma enerjisi ve güler yüzünden ötürü çok teşekkür ederim bizimle çok ilgilendi özellikle yoga yapışı bir harika,gelecek olan herkese tavsiye ederim güne enerjik ve huzurlu başlamanıza yardımcı oluyor.Keşke biraz daha vaktimiz olsaydı ve biraz daha tatil yapabilseydik.Animasyon müdürü Yusuf Bey ve Animasyon şefi Eray bey bizimle sürekli iletişim halindeydi her ihtiyacımıza tüm içtenlikleriyle yardımcı oldular Sevda hanım,İsmail bey tüm aktivitelerine davet ettiler ve onlarda çok ilgilendiler.Oğlumuz için mini Klüpte bir sürü aktivite vardı küçük oğlumuz Ayşegül hanımı çok sevdi onada çok teşekkür ederim.Tekrar gelmek üzere

Otele 7 geceliğine geldik , halen otelde konaklıyoruz ve önümüzdeki 5 geceyi nasıl geçireceğimi düşünüyorum! Otel hiçbir şekilde 4 ya da 5 yıldız kalitesinde değil, yemekleri kötü , salatadan kıl çıkıyor , barda içmek istediğiniz içecek var ama akşam gelir depodan çekemedik deniliyor fakat akşama kadar bekliyorsunuz diğer şiftteki çalışan arkadaşda yarın gelecek diyor, öğlen beach barda otururken servis personeli olduğu anlaşılan Burak isimli bir adam gözünü ayırmadan eşinizi 10 dakika izliyor, rahatsız ediyor, plaja geliyorsunuz plajdaki yanınızda oturan aile çocuğunu plaja işettiriyor ama kimse o aileyi uyarmıyor fakat herhangibir levha uyarı yokken diğer misafirler gözlemeyi yemekleri plaja götürürken uyarılmıyor fakat beni murat isimli plaj görevlisi plaja bir daha tatlı götürmeyin diye uyarıyor … belliki bazı kurallar var ama bunlar neye göre uygulanıyor anlayamadık! Bence bu otele rezervasyon yapmak istiyorsanız 2 kere daha düşünün

The staff were great, very polite and attentive. The location is great, being able to walk a few yards to the beach is fab. Having two pools was nice as one of them is away from the speakers although you can still hear the music / people talking on the microphone.
The areas which i feel could be improved are, turn the volume down on the speakers, this disturbs people who want a quite relaxing time around the pools. Reduce the number of times the entertainment staff come round asking for people to join in the classes or play games, this in my mind is not required, it down grades the hotel. The variety in the food needs improving, the number of different options was very limited, the food is good in taste just having different options would be better.

Otelin konumu çok güzel yerde ulaşım her yere kolay şekilde gidilebiliyor. Yemek, eğlence çok güzeldi. Personeller güler yüzlü, çalışkan. Özellikle Lobi barda serviste çalışan Hüseyin Dalamış, Animasyonda çalışan Eray Ağırcan, Muhammed, Cankurtaran Talip Davulcu, Ana havuz barda çalışan Mustafa. F/B, Mutfak, Ön büro, Housekeeping, Animasyon personellerine teşekkür ediyorum. Otele tek gelmeme rağmen hiç sıkılmadım. Sohbetleri muhabbetleri cana yakındı. Canım aşırı derecede nargile çekiyordu hüseyin bey sağolsun nargileci fatih beyi çağırdı fatih beyin yaptığı nargile mükemmeldi sağolsunlar köz istediğimde hemen hızlı bi şekilde getiriyorlardı. Otelin her şeyi mükemmeldi. Tam genç dostu otel. Ailem ilede aynı otele tekrardan gelmek istiyorum. Arkadaşlarıma ve dostlarıma burda ki anılarımı anlatacağım. Bütün departman ve otel yöneticilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Başarılar diliyorum.
