Fabulous hotel, perfect for our vacation with a large family group of all ages. The experience was spoilt somewhat by the treatment received by the in house jewellers where we purchased a diamond ring for my 60th birthday and a ring on behalf of my daughter’s partner, so we spent a lot of money there. The gem stone fell out of the one ring and the jeweller Charlie requested it to be returned as we had already arrived home. To date there is still no ring or refund offered and we are trying to claim a refund from our bank. Just beware when dealing with this jewellers.

First visit to the amazing hotel, had the best holiday. Rooms are fab, view from ours was beautiful. Food is amazing. Great selection at every meal. Enjoyed a few lunches in Ocean restaurant too for something different. Tried the Turkish and Grill a la cartes, food and service great. Pools are fab, we holidayed as a family group but the adults managed to get some time round the adult pool which was our fave. Never an issue getting sunbeds at either pool. The family pool does get busier earlier but beds were always available if you don’t mind where they are. Adult pool absolutely no issues, could find sunbeds available at all times. Beautiful beach, loved chilling in the beach bar. Again, service there was brilliant. Entertainment was great, just a shame it was so hot when we were there that we found ourselves mostly in the main bar at night. Singers there were excellent. We felt the only things missing were some waterslides for the kids and a pier like some of the neighbouring hotels. We knew these weren’t available at this hotel however we felt these additions would have made it even more perfect. We will definitely return, love Side and now this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us, you all do an amazing job, it’s appreciated. Hope to see you soon!

To start the hotel was lovely staff very friendly etc. can't actually fault the holiday. How ever me and my youngest son were extremely sick on the last few days after something we ate! Then to top it off I decided to propose after many years together. So I purchased a ring from the hotel jewellers. The stone fell out at the airport, so they ask us to post it to an address in the uk. We have not received it back nearly 2 months later. They promised we would get it back but do not even respond anymore. Absolutely devastated and has really spoilt the whole experience of the holiday now. We were going to book again but after this treatment there is no chance

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The layout is cleverly divided into sections, which worked perfectly for our family. The grandparents enjoyed relaxing at the adults-only pool, while I spent most of my time at the kids' pool with my younger child. The food throughout the resort was exceptional, but a special highlight was dining at Tarçin Restaurant—the best food we've ever had on holiday! A big shoutout to our server, Nazim, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even more memorable. There’s also a great selection of water sports available on the beach—super fun and definitely worth trying! The kids' club was another highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure the little ones had a wonderful time. We genuinely can’t wait to return to this amazing hotel. Highly recommended for families of all ages!

Amazing!!! This Hotel is a jewel, the location, the staff, the grounds and the food were all excellent. The Staff from The Reception, the Pool area, the Bars and restaurants were friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The grounds are immaculately kept and the Beach area was awesome. The food from Breakfast to Dinner was to the highest standard and such a massive choice. We visited the Italian Restaurant and were blown away by the quality and service. The evening entertainment in the Lobby Bar was varied with different singers every evening as well as a saxophone player who was great. Excellent tennis courts which we used daily. (only criticism was a lack of tennis balls, so we are bringing our own for our next visit) lol. Can't wait to return in September already counting down the days.

Just got back from the most amazing holiday in Turkey at Sorgun Akra Sansitori and I can honestly say it was perfect from start to finish! ☀️🇹🇷 The hotel was absolutely gorgeous – spotlessly clean and so beautifully kept. Every little need was catered for, and the staff truly went above and beyond. So friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile – they really made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay 💛 The food… wow! Every meal was delicious, with so much variety and something different to enjoy each evening. From local dishes to international favourites, everything was cooked to perfection – we were spoilt for choice! 🍽️ The rooms were modern, stylish, and super comfortable – a real home away from home. 🛌✨ A special mention has to go to the amazing guy working around the pool – he never stopped! So hardworking and attentive, constantly making sure everyone had drinks and was looked after. His energy and friendliness really stood out and added something extra special to our stay 🍹👏 We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’re already planning our next visit. We’ll definitely be back – counting down the days until we return! 🌊🌴
