This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars—more like 3. 1. The grounds are nice, but rooms feel like bunkers with almost no light. In late October, our room was hot and stuffy, with only hot air from vents. We were told it’s “heating season.” The thermostat was non-functional. Opening windows meant dealing with mosquitoes. Rooms are in desperate need of renovation. 2. Food is repetitive, and they skimp on quality. Cold cuts were poor quality, breakfast had only cheap sausages, and coffee from machines was undrinkable. The only decent coffee was at a small bar, but it closed November 1. 3. Good facilities like mini-golf, tennis courts, and a running track, but pools were freezing in October with no heated options. Beach is beautiful but not child-friendly due to a steep drop-off. 4. Service was mixed. Friendly staff but my wife got severe food poisoning from the hotel food, leading to a hospital visit. Hotel staff didn’t offer help or compensation, and security even blocked the ambulance from entering close to reception. 5. Very limited children’s activities. Animators mostly used their phones, and everything was dirty. Be cautious of overly positive reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families.
